Joe and his wife, Estelle, have been in the real estate business for many years. Joe has always been a “people person”, first as an educator for many years and secondly, as a full time REALTOR. The Quinlans moved to San Diego to be nearer their daughter and son-in-law and their two small grandsons. Living here has given him the opportunity to help people realize their most important dream, that of home ownership. Joining The Daniel Team was an easy decision for Joe. As an educator who has been considered a master teacher, Joe believed in giving back to his profession by mentoring and teaching others about his craft. He and his wife were Fulbright Scholar Teachers on Exchange to Great Britain. Many people have said that to know Joe is to trust him. As an avid fly fisherman, Joe loves to share his knowledge of the outdoors with others. He has been a long time member of Trout Unlimited and several environmental and educational organizations. While a member of the United States Coast Guard, Joe helped establish the first Educational Closed-Circuit Television Studio at the Coast Guard Training Center where he wrote, directed, and produced training videos.

EDUCATION
Joe has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Colorado, a Masters of Science Degree from New York, and has completed classes in investment properties and property management as well as the SUCCESS SERIES in Real Estate. Joe’s goal is to continue to seek knowledge of new ways to help his clients get superior results and extraordinary customer care in Real Estate.
